Sustainably harvested leaves > indoor withering > bruising > 50-75% oxidized > rolling > drying.

Preparation

1 Tbs. per 8 oz, DO NOT USE BOILING WATER, This tea requires water slightly under a boil,195° F, 4-5 min. For iced tea, steep tea strongly, allow to cool, pour over ice
